Consider these facts:
1) China has US$15 trillion in reserve.
2) China has enough funds to allocate US$11 billion to rebuild the houses and etc for the earthquake victims.
3) China also has donated US$15 million to Myanmar.
So why are we donating to China instead of Myanmar???
